COACHING PILOT PROGRAMME
Call for artists/creatives...
We are conducting a pilot programme of coaching (one to one) for people living in the East Riding.

Join the WAC coaching Pilot Programme.
Are you an artist/creative based in the East Riding of Yorkshire?
Would you like time and space to reflect on your practice, set goals, and explore challenges with the support of a professional coach?
We Are Creative (WAC) is launching Coaching Pilot Programme to test how coaching can support local artists to grow, build confidence, and take their work forward.

The deadline for applications is Monday 3rd Nov 2025
This has been funded by the Eat Riding of Yorkshire council.

What’s on offer
· 3 artists will be selected to take part.
· Each artist will receive three one-to-one coaching sessions (Dec 2025 – Feb 2026).
· Sessions will take place online or by phone, depending on what works best for you and your coach.
· You’ll be matched with a coach based on your needs and the kind of support you’re looking for – whether that’s to be challenged, encouraged, listened to, or championed.
· The programme will include an Online opening session (Dec 2025) and an online closing session (early Mar 2026) – attendance at both is required.
